- Spa Leader Performance will be based on the following metrics:
- Membership Growth/Conversion – experience in membership-based sales model is a plus!
- Gross Monetary Sales – driving sales and creating strategies to increase profitability.
- Recruiting and Retention – building and maintaining a strong culture!
What you need to succeed in this role:
- · 3 to 4 years successful leadership experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
- · Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
- · Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
- · Strong, and clear communication skills – skilled in inspiring and coaching a diverse team!
- · Excellent customer service skills
- · Ability to coach and build winning teams

- · Generous and Competitive base salary of $50K plus an additional $10 – $15K, incentives based on performance metrics, commissions are uncapped.
